CCSA stands for the Core Curriculum Standards Assessment. It is a district test that is designed to be as much like the AIMS as possible. Students in non-AIMS grades (in 2005: K, 1, 2 & 9) are tested on Reading, Writing, and Math. Performance is reported as "Falls Far Below", "Approaches", "Meets", and "Exceeds". Both Meets and Exceeds are considered to be Passing or Mastering.

2005-06 Updates

  1. This test will only be given to Kindergarten students.
  2. CCSA Writing is tested and entered as part of Quarterly Writing.
